Notes:

Former Hilltop Diner, Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Diner, 57 Heaven, Home Cannery, Rowdy Beaver, Real Estate Store, and possibly more. The diner showed up here by Oct. 2007, originally in front of an existing stick-built structure, and by April 2009 was moved back against it and mated to it. By Aug. 2012, residing on both started to envelop the diner, though it was still prominent and easily recognisable. By July 2015, the rest of the diner was fully boxed when the property was renovated into an upscale dinner theatre, and no longer visible from the road. It’s unclear how much of it remains at this point.
