Former Munson Diner, Stu’s Lake Street Diner. Originally at 11th Avenue & 49th Street (SW corner, currently a parking lot) in New York City, where it appeared numerous times on television in episodes of Kojak and American Express ads, and an episode of Seinfeld. There were as many as half a dozen diners operated by the Munsons in New York. Rescued from demolition in 2004, this one was moved to its current site in 2007 and operated there as Munson, before changing hands twice more.
