Between 44th and 43rd Streets. Though the interior of “Monk’s” in the TV show Seinfeld was shot on a soundstage, and nearby Tom’s Restaurant provided the exterior for the show, this is the New York eatery that most likely inspired the one on the show, as it’s where Larry David and Jerry Seinfeld first discussed the idea over a table.
