Southeast corner with NW 12th St. Long neglected, and already partly gutted by earlier owners, it was refurbished by a young couple in late 2011, who were forced out by 2015 later by a lease increase. The new owners completed the gutting of the interior, leaving nothing original, and have done nothing with it since.
