Built by Perley A. Thomas Car Co. of High Point, North Carolina in 1923, and worked as No. 66 at Danville Traction and Power Co., retired 1938. Bought the next year by the Burnett brothers Henry, Frank, and Jessie for conversion to a diner, and operated for many years as Frank Burnett’s Streetcar Diner. Last known as Garner’s; closed since at least July 2015, and probably earlier. Interior completely gutted by the end of Sept. 2020, though there are supposedly plans to restore it to diner service.
