Notes:
One of the few restaurants that does grilling over charcoal (Kingsford, to be exact). Started by butcher Robert Sanderson and his wife Vee on her father’s farmland along US-6 as a charcoal-grill truck stop when this was the only major highway (before I-84 was built). Now expanded to seat over 100, but still in the same family.
