Founded 1924 by Greek immigrant Pete Adam, originally on Rt. 4 in Carlinville. Moved to Litchfield 1929. Taken over by son Nick and his wife Demi in 1966, then sold to Will and Michele Law and Marty and Kara Stevens in July 2018.
