Notes:

Built into the Rotunda shopping mall, originally built in 1921 for the Maryland Casualty Insurance Company. It was renovated in 1972 for retail use, and Charm City was built into it by Paramount in 1995. The building was again renovated in 2002, and many tenants left, including Charm City.
