Notes:
The New Towne Diner losed early Feb. 2013. By Oct. 2015, work was going on on the west end of the structure, including the addition of a castle-style bevelled cap to that end. By 2016, at least that end had reopened as Watami Asian Bistro. (Unclear if it’s the whole structure or not, but it seems likely.)
