Current structure dates “only” from 1917. Most famous for their Hofmann hot dogs, they have other hot foods, as well as soft-serve ice cream, custard, and lactose-free Dole Whip. Since 2015 they’ve also operated a mobile unit designed to resemble the original 1886 Heid’s hot dog stand.
