Former Concord Diner, owned and run by Athanasios Cheliotis and relative Charlie Tsemplis since 1981, until New Year’s Eve 2014. Following Cheliotis’s death in a car accident in 4 July 2013, Tsemplis gradually lost financial control of the diner, and ownership reverted to the landlord at the start of 2015.
