Started as a Richardson Root Beer stand in 1952 by Eddie Tuttle, who, with his wife Marge, also started a turkey farm the same year raising the White Holland breed, after which the small restaurant is named. Taken over 1981 by second generation Peggy and Gary, joined in 2001 by third generation Kelly and Brad Vito.
