The Kewpee Hamburger chain started in Flint, Michigan in 1918. This is the first Lima, Ohio Kewpie, opened 1928 by Stub and June Wilson, and the oldest remaining. There are two others in Lima, ‘West’ (2111 Allentown Rd., opened 1972) and ‘East’ (1350 Bellefontaine Ave., opened 1981).
